Q. WHAT IS THE SERVICE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. We will provide a 1-2 hour window for the repairman to arrive at your residence. We know how important your time is and do our best to arrive within the earlier portion of the service window. But, if a previous appointment or repair takes a lot longer than we expected, this timeframe allows our repairman some time to still arrive on time within the service window. We call 15-20 minutes before their arrival.
